I am a 28 year old electro-mechanical engineer in the Boston are,with a BA in Psychology and working on a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

I have been studying Wicca for 8 years now. I got started with an Ouija board over 10 years ago, and met a few spirits that pointed me in the right direction. My main interest in Wicca are in past lives and in defensive magic. I seem to have a natural talent for the Defensive magic, and the past lives I find very interesting. I have learned about a few of my past lives on the board and meditating, but feel I still have much to learn about them, it seems that I have been around a long time from what I have learned so far.

I am an avid role playing game player, and love both Advanced Dungeons and Dragons and the Star Wars RPG's. I have found it hard to find gaming info. on the net, so I went and started my own Web page to help fix that.

Other hobbies include the building of plastic models, mainly military or science fictions stuff, and reading all the Sci-Fi/Fantasy I can get my hands on, when I am not in night school.

I am a Internet surfing nut, and found the #wicca channel towards the end of August, andhaven't looked back.

I chose the name Tekmage after seeing the teknomages on the Babylon5 show. They seemed to me to be the ultimate mix of science, tech and magic. This is what electrical engineering is about right? So the name was set, and I continue to work on my mix of Wicca and Tech, I guess you could call me a technowiccan, no computer is too fast, or finished being fine tuned. . .

To finish it off, I have been studying Karate for about 4 years now, and hold a rank of purple in Shotokan Karate. I find it a good way to clear out the mind, and find the weapon katas, especially the sword katas to be the most enjoyable.
