Hi, I'm Psyche, a crazed Gaian witch who lives in the Santa Cruz mountains about 1 1/2 hours south of San Francisco on 28 acres of an intentional community. I "discovered" my path in Paganism about 11 years ago, and have dibbled, dabbled, read various books, been with all kinds of groups, but am currently the internet liaison and a Scion with the Church of All Worlds, which I joined in 1992 and have married a Clergy of that Church Tom Williams who I met over the email, so I guess I could be called an "email order bride".

Of mixed blood, I draw upon many traditions, celtic and Native American Shamanism the most prevalent, though I am starting to be drawn into the Greco traditions which are rich in myth and lore. Because I adore the Mother Earth, whom I call Gaia my worship of this wondrous deity is as eclectic as she is. I'm also a sworn dedicant to Aphrodite believing that the one of the main ills in our society is an askewed and repressed understanding of our own sexuality.

I'm polyamourous by nature, and though I didn't know this until recently, it has been extremely liberating for me, and I've given workshops on this lovestyle.

Like our lovely Yemanja, I too make web pages, both voluntarily and professionally, and operate a chat list #caw, where people can come to ask questions about the Church of All Worlds, and just hang out and grok each other. Why do I hang out on #wicca? Well, because there are some really wonderful folks there, and my path started with Wicca. And well, cuz it's fun!

My totems are the hummingbird and the raccoon, the wolf and the snake. Imagine my surprise when Pocahontas (the Disney flick) came out and her companions were a hummingbird and raccoon. I'm descended from her...wonder if there is a connection? NAW!!!!!
