Hoi there and merry meet!

I'm Lilith, one of your friendly neighborhood chanops. :) I get to waste some space here and tell you a little bit about myself, so I suppose I'll cut to the chase and do just that.

I'm currently residing in Ft.Meade, Maryland, but I'm originally from Texas...a native, I suppose you could say. That's where I grew up and found out about Wicca, which is the important thing anyhow.

My birthday is January 10, which makes me a Capricorn, and according to my ephemeris, with a Scorpio moon as well. I'd always been fascinated with mythology from different cultures, which inevitably led me to discover Wicca in college when I was 18 years old. I've been practicing Wicca ever since, which is almost 7 years now, and was a solitary the majority of the time until now. I am currently a happy member of Rosewood Coven, which is basically located in Baltimore.

Things I am interested in esoteric and mundane: Tarot, runes, writing (prose and poetry), role-playing games (Shadowrun, AD&D, White Wolf games, and Amber), IRC and the Internet, reading (Mercedes Lackey, Gael Baudino, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Guy Gavriel Kay, and Tad Williams), and alternative music (NIN, the Cure, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Concrete Blonde, Garbage, and Gravity Kills).

I'm also a sort of amateur linguist...I've forgotten a lot, but I had 3 years of French in High School and learned Chinese Mandarin while in the military. As of now, I've been trying to pick up Irish Gaelic also.

I love learning as much as I can, so there are quite a few other things I like as well but don't need to be listed.....you can ask me when you get on channel! :)
