Grew up: Everywhere! Dad was in British Army, spent lots of time travelling mostly UK and Canada.

Likes: Reading, writing, music (most kinds), dancing, talking and generally having a good time with friends.

Dislikes: Dishonesty, Pseudo-intellectuals, exploitation in all forms, hypocrisy and people who can't face up to themselves.

Merry Meet All. I've been interested in pagan religions for as long as I can remember. At school in religious education I was always interested in finding out about different religions, but could never find anything that "called" to me. I had so many unexplainable (by most people!) events happen to me that I could not accept the mainstream view of the world. I began by reading different mythologies, Greek, Roman, Nordic, Celtic anything that caught my fancy. I found that they made more sense in many ways. I don't follow any one way, I take what I feel comfortable with from wherever I like and adapt it to my own use. I believe strongly in the principle threefold returns and find that whenever I am tempted to be selfish to someone elses detriment, that I always end up worse off. So, obviously (to me, anyway) it works!

I am currently juggling so many things, work, study, kids, that I haven't had time to work on my novel much this year, but I intend to finish it one day. When I do, I'll make sure to let everyone know so that you can all go and buy a copy *grin*.

I don't know where the Kayla persona came from, she's been my alter ego for quite a while.
