Grynner The Name: Quite Simply, it fits. A sly/myschevious Grynn is "constantly" on my face. An integral part of my Cynical Idealism. Me: I am the exception to just about every rule. Or at least I try. It's difficult for me to say exactly how long I've been Wiccan, but it is about 5 years now. Let me explain.
I was a Born-Again during my high school days, very charismatic and I even travelled with the Continental Singers one summer. After one debate in High School with a Mormon, I began to study theology, and other religions. Due to circumstances, I sort of wandered from my Christian path, picking up bits and pieces of knowledge & beleifs along the way. If the tidbits worked, I kept 'em, tossed 'em if they didn't. Then a friend showed me a book on Wicca, and I read, and put in a lot of checkmarks next to things I believed, and realized Wicca had found me.
Now, I'm 26 and a Psych major ( english minor ) in the Washington DC area. I tend to be very eclectic with regards to my path with one exception: I follow the Green Leaf Healer Tradition. I tend to spend alot of time on the #wicca channel IRC, and can easily be found out by my sharp ( yawn! ) wit, and love of any discussion even slanting towards theology.
I also enjoy music, dancing, and RPG's ( such as AD&D, GURPS, and Vampire the masquerade ). My Net name is the same as the License on my car: WYCKYD. so if you happen to see the plates, (and you might, I *LOVE* Roadtrips!!!! ) stop me and chat for awhile.
